Wins National Seniors Housing Award.

GAINESVILLE, Virginia -- Lennar Corporation is proud to have won a national "Best Of Senior Housing Award" from the NAHB National Council on Seniors Housing for Heritage Hunt, the premier housing community for active adults in Northern Virginia.

This NAHB Award enhances Lennar's already substantial national reputation for its active adult and retirement communities, with 27 of these currently available from coast to coast.

In the words of Leslie Y. Marks, Executive Director of The National Council on Seniors Housing, addressed to Jerry Berman of Lennar Corporation at Heritage Hunt, "Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that your entry in the NAHB National Council on Seniors Housing (NCOSH) 8th Annual Best of Seniors Housing Awards Program has been selected for an award by the impartial panel of judges. The formal announcement of the winners was made at the Awards Ceremony during the NAHB annual convention in Dallas, Texas, in the Fairmont Hotel in the Pavilion Room.
